Improve the Chi, Clean Your Clutter with Feng Shui
The following paragraphs summarize the work of Feng Shui experts who are completely familiar with all the aspects of Feng Shui. Heed their advice to avoid any Feng Shui surprises.
Above anything else, Feng shui strives for healthful and comfortable living.
The chi being a life giving force should get the entire path it needs to circulate inside the home freely. Clutter will in a very big way reduce its potency.
To achieve this, the house must be a very pleasant, cleaned space:
Windows, sills, screens, and curtains are often not placed in the highest priority of the cleaning list when compared to the sweeping of dirt and vacuuming rugs and carpets and picking up the nits and grits that clutters the eye more readily. And yet these are the entry points where the chi passes. In English, these are ventilation passages and are only logical to clean these passages very well to insure entry of clean air and allow the stale ones to escape.
Do not allow your house to be overwhelmed by accessories and other stuffs. These are not only dust gatherers, they also makes cleaning more cumbersome. Its as if you wouldn’t know where to start thereby putting up the cleaning for later. Even if cleaning maids are available, over stuffing the house disrupts a sense of balance. It could also endanger harmony and interrelationships of the objects and the symbol it represents.
It seems like new information is discovered about something every day. And the topic of Feng Shui is no exception. Keep reading to get more fresh news about Feng Shui.
It is also for this reason that you should not keep furniture and have them getting in the way for the reason that they are expensive and are a waste to keep them in the storage. Better yet, ask yourself about the purpose of the room and be guided by that purpose according to the objects that you want placed and displayed there. Not so much perhaps from the point of view alone of aesthetics but on purpose, what it represents and the pleasant feelings and mood that particular object evokes.
When you accessorize, keep pointed objects to a minimum. Objects with pointed edge clutters the eye more than those with rounded ones. What’s more, you could be having poison arrows pointed to your direction, which in Feng shui would spell danger.
Having clean lines on the flooring also helps to have a pleasant feel unlike those with irregular lines that adds to a cluttered image.
Open doors and windows every now and then, this will let the stale air out and the fresh ones in but clean the dust as soon as you can. Never let air openings be closed for long periods at of time, as this will prevent the chi from entering the house.
Keep toilet doors closed even when they are very clean.
Keeping objects displayed in the house that makes you feel aggravated should be discarded. In fact, get rid of things that you do not use. Keeping them in the house adds so much to clutter. It is in this area where many people will have difficulty in doing. Usually people keep things believing that they will use it at a later date. In reality though, those things that were kept for “later use” but has never been used for at least six months will never see the light of day again. Get rid of them and feel the sense of freedom of clearing clutter the Feng shui way.
As your knowledge about Feng Shui continues to grow, you will begin to see how Feng Shui fits into the overall scheme of things. Knowing how something relates to the rest of the world is important too.

Harmonizing with Feng shui
Perhaps one of the oldest forms of geomancy in the world is Feng shui which originated from China more than 3500 years ago. This ancient practice is literally translated as wind and water and is based on the belief that life can be greatly improved with the help of Qi or energy flow. This Qi can be produced by achieving balance or harmony through the use of the laws of heaven, which pertains to the study of astronomy and earth, which is associated with the study of geography.
The purpose of the application of this practice is to locate that Qi or that vital energy in your surroundings by creating balance and harmony around you. Here are some Feng shui theories that can give you a better grasp of this concept of balance and energy.
The Power of Qi
Qi is everywhere and the key is to find it. This energy is a result of interactions in the environment like the yin and yang and the five elements of water, fire, earth, metal and wood. This theory believes that the way you arrange your surroundings and position certain objects around you can affect your energy levels. It also believes that these energy levels can even influence your health, wealth, relationships and even luck. By properly organizing your environment, qi can flow through the space freely and can create a positive effect to those who live in the area.
The Union of the Yin & Yang
The yin and the yang are two opposing forces or energies that work together creating a unity of opposites. The yin is characterized as the passive energy that is associated with the characteristics of water, cold, peace and tenderness while the yang is described as the active energy like those from heat, fire, excitement and speed. In other words if yin is matter, yang is energy and neither of them can exist without the other. The key to understanding this practice is to achieving a proper balance of yin and yang in our environment.

Balance through Bagua
The bagua is a popular Feng shui instrument that is shaped like an octagon and is divided into the eight cardinal directions of North, South, East, West, North East, North West, South East and South West. The theory of the bagua is that each of these directions corresponds to a part of our life. For instance, the North portion of the bagua pertains to one’s career while the south pertains to the fame or reputation of a person. The other categories of the bagua are family, children, prosperity, relationships, wisdom, and travel.
The theory of the bagua also believes that each of the eight directions pertain to a part of our life and in order to activate the energy or improve a certain part of our life is to find the direction it corresponds to and make the qi flow into that space positively.
Finding the Harmony
Understanding and appreciating the art of Feng shui is accepting that there is an existing relationship between you and your environment. The theories of this practice present information on how a person can achieve balance and harmony with the environment which can have a great impact in particular areas of a person’s life.
Although each person has their own potentials in the area of health, wealth, relationships and luck, what this practice really teaches is how to enhance these areas for practitioners to make the most out of their lives.
Sometimes it’s tough to sort out all the details related to this subject, but I’m positive you’ll have no trouble making sense of the information presented above.

Boost Your Branding With A Slogan
What is a Slogan?
Any form of business branding plan must involve the creation of a slogan. It is one of the basic elements necessary in building an effective brand campaign. A slogan typically consists of a short sentence or a phrase that serve to reinforce the business name or logo. In fact, many big time businesses has created highly successful marketing slogans that it has been recognized by the consumers as much as their name.
Slogan is often dismissed as an element for effective branding methods, which is also the reason why even a potentially good business name fails to deliver. Its purpose main purpose is mainly to enhance and boost the name or provide a tiny glimpse of what the brand promises to deliver. Even simple words or phrases can go a long way when it works well with your brand.
Impact of Slogan to Branding
Brand recall is the main purpose of creating a slogan. They are there to speak for the brand where images fail. This further enables the brand to create a more lasting memory to the minds of the consumers and enhances the market reach of the product.
Therefore, you need not just produce a creative slogan but an intelligent one. The purpose is mainly to capture the consumer’s attention and produce interest about a given product. It enables your audience to stop and think about the possibilities offered by the brand. Depending on your marketing plan, you can utilize a slogan to appeal to either the needs, attitudes, or emotions of the consumers. Therefore, you are trying to compel them to make an action, which in this case is to purchase the product to avail of the benefits it offer.
Why is it such a potent part of your marketing and branding efforts, you may ask? Because it triggers the motivation of the consumers then driving them into action.
Creating a Good Slogan
If you find yourself confused by what you’ve read to this point, don’t despair. Everything should be crystal clear by the time you finish.
Due to the importance of the slogan in your business, it is best to assert careful planning into the process of creating a slogan. To achieve a good slogan, you must inform yourself of what the qualities of a good slogan are.
1.) A good slogan is memorable. Since the purpose of a slogan is to increase brand recall and trigger buyer motivations, it must first be able to capture their attention and stay in their memory for a given period. Staying power is an essential factor in the business industry, so you have to be able to produce something that stays in the mind of the consumers when they go out to buy.
2.) A good slogan produces images on the consumer’s mind. Most people produce images on their mind when they hear something. Hence, you can trigger the visual patterns of your customers by using the slogan. For instance, you can remind them about your company logo and create a stronger link between the two.
3.) A good slogan drives people into action. Awakening triggers on the consumer’s part will help make them the decision to buy the product being represented.
4.) A good slogan highlights the benefit of the product. This is tied up with the efforts of creating product distinction, which is to emphasize the benefits that one can derive from using a company’s products or services.
Advertising versus Business Slogan
Business owners must be able to differentiate advertising from business slogans since they serve different purposes. The business slogan is more important since it concerns the brand identity. It impacts your distinction in the market and the power of your brand.
Meanwhile, advertising slogans are created for a specific marketing objectives and over a short-period of time. It is more concerned over influencing a consumer’s immediate reaction to a given product while business slogan reinforces the reputation of a company as part of its branding efforts.
As your knowledge about Business Branding continues to grow, you will begin to see how Business Branding fits into the overall scheme of things. Knowing how something relates to the rest of the world is important too.
History Description Of Vintage Postcards
PHOTOCHROME ERA (1939 to present)
Photochromes (also known as Modern Chromes) first came into being in 1939. Their colors were particularly appealing to collectors. The famous movie, The Wizard of Oz, affirmed America’s love for color images. These “Chrome” postcards started to dominate the scene soon after they were launched by the Union Oil Company in their western service stations in 1939. They were easily produced, of high photo quality and most importantly, they were in color. Their spread was momentarily slowed down during WWII due to supply shortages, but they replaced both linen and black & white postcards by 1945 in the roadside postcard racks. Linen firms converted to photochrome postcards or went out of business. Black and white postcard firms merged with larger companies or disappeared completely.
REAL PHOTO POSTCARDS (1900 to present)
Real Photo Postcards were used as early as 1900. They can be particularly difficult to date unless they have a postmark or a date from the photographer. They must be carefully examined to ensure they are not reproductions which can be a problem.
There is much confusion on what “Real Photo” postcards are and how to identify them. Real Photo postcards are reproduced photographs developed onto photographic paper. With the size and weight of postcards with a postcard back. There are many postcards that reproduce photos by various printing methods that aren’t “real photos.” Instead are the same methods used to reproduce photos in magazines and newspapers. The best way to tell the difference is to look at the postcard with a magnifying glass. If the photo is printed you will see that it is made up of a lot of little dots, the same as a photo printed in a newspaper. A “real photo” postcard is solid, no dots.
Hopefully the information presented so far has been applicable. You might also want to consider the following:
Helpful Hint: Most real photo postcards have identifying marks on the back usually in the stampbox corner, that identifies the manufacturer of the photographic paper. You can approximate the age of the Real Photo by knowing when the paper manufacturer was in business
ART DECO ERA (1910 to early ’30s)
Art Decos are known mainly for their vibrant colors. Art Deco is usually concerned with things of the past including pictures done by the ancient Greeks. Also copies with a twist of Middle Eastern subjects, variations on Egyptian artifacts, a natural extension of Art Nouveau and a whole variety of other influences not so directly related. They often depict pretty ladies in fancy clothes vogue style. Also of note are the sharp angles and straight lines. They have gained in popularity over the years and now have a very strong following.
The Art Deco period began around 1900 and ended around 1930. If in fact it ever did have an ending. At least however, this is the period during which the greatest volume of work was produced. What finally ended the movement? Most likely it suffered an untimely demise due to the financial crash of 1929 plus a worldwide depression. Then the second World War interrupted any recovery
That’s how things stand right now. Keep in mind that any subject can change over time, so be sure you keep up with the latest news.
Several Tips to Take Care of Your Discus Fish
In today’s world, it seems that almost any topic is open for debate. While I was gathering facts for this article, I was quite surprised to find some of the issues I thought were settled are actually still being openly discussed.
Discus fish are considered to be one of the most beautiful types of fishes that you can keep as pets in your aquarium. However, you will find that keeping them can present you with a challenge. You have to remember that discus fish are very sensitive when it comes to the water quality they live in as well as the food you feed them.
So, here are several tips that you need to remember in order to keep your discus fish happy and healthy.
For starters, you may want to keep the fish tank clean. You have to keep in mind that discus fish are quite sensitive to disease and water conditions. And, they really won’t tolerate sudden and large water quality changes. Small fish tanks will likely fluctuate when it comes to the water pH level as well as the temperature. This is why larger fish tanks are recommended for discus fish. The smallest size for at least 6 discus fish would be a 40 gallon tank.
When you get a new discus fish, you have to quarantine them before you place them on your main tank. This is to prevent them from introducing bacteria, parasites, as well as other types of diseases that can be transferred to other fishes inside the main tank.
If the quarantined fish do not show any signs of illness after two or three weeks in the quarantine tank, you can introduce them to the main tank.
If you don’t have accurate details regarding Discus Fish, then you might make a bad choice on the subject. Don’t let that happen: keep reading.
Also, you should keep in mind that discus fish thrives in tropical waters. So, keep the water temperature in your tank between 84 to 86 degrees Fahrenheit. You can use a water heater in your tank to keep the water temperature stable and you should also invest in a water thermometer in order for you to constantly monitor the temperature.
The environment in the aquarium should mimic the natural habitat of the discus fish. You should put in logs, rocks, plants and other spots where the discus fish can hide in or shelter in. You have to provide a lot of places in your tank where your discus fish can hide.
The diet of discus fish is also important. Discus fish love to dine on worms. You should feed them bloodworms, brine shrimp, and daphnia. However, these foods may carry parasites and bacteria that can infect your discuss fish. So, be careful when feeding worms to your discus fish.
You should also keep in mind that discus fish are very reactive with their environment. So, place the aquarium containing discus fish in an area in your home that doesn’t receive a lot of traffic. High traffic can produce high levels of stress.
The acidity and hardness of the water should also be kept at an optimum level. For discus fish, the optimum water acidity would be a pH level of 6.
Remember these tips and you can be sure that you will be able to take good care of your discus fish. These tips will serve as your guide in owning or keeping discus fish in your aquarium. Always remember that discus fish are social animals. So, try to keep at least 6 discus fish in your aquarium in order to keep them happy.
The day will come when you can use something you read about here to have a beneficial impact. Then you’ll be glad you took the time to learn more about Discus Fish.
Feng Shui Life
Have you ever wondered what exactly is up with Feng Shui? This informative report can give you an insight into everything you’ve ever wanted to know about Feng Shui.
Ask any good Feng shui master. He will tell you that everything has energy: objects, the air, the earth, all the elements, and even thoughts have energies. The person is one of the better sources of energy, too. A person’s energy is a determinant of bad Feng shui or good Feng shui. What we think, how we react to things, the attitudes that we place on events and those surrounding us, they could influence what is beneficial and what is not.
I have heard a famous Feng shui master once in a television show just before a New Year was to start. The master was asked, “What is the best Feng shui remedy? The master answered, “The heart of a person, everything else is secondary to it. If you have a good heart, you have very little to fear.”
In a nutshell what he was saying throughout most of the second half of the show was that “a good heart can counterbalance the entire negative chi that will be thrown on the person”. Feng shui however are excellent aids to a better life in that since nothing is perfect, attracting additional energies that would bring us into better harmony with our surroundings and the people on it must be drawn to our improvement. It follows then that even with the best Feng shui, people’s lives could still be miserable when it is not coupled with the intentions of harmonizing with anything and everything.
Since the essence of a Feng shui life is harmonious interrelationships and attitudes, it is not enough to have the best Feng shui house with spacious bright hall effect frontage when poison arrows from your corner inadvertently points at a house fronting yours. The occupants opposite yours could take vengeful cures.
It’s really a good idea to probe a little deeper into the subject of Feng Shui. What you learn may give you the confidence you need to venture into new areas.
Even the best of decorations and symbols that were placed inside your home may not be so potent, as you would expect, as these could take the energy of workers who made them. These are particularly true with mass produced items that have workers that are overworked and underpaid.
This is why even when you would want to live a good Feng shui life care must be taken.
The popularity of Feng shui today has also drawn out scammers and frauds that are always there waiting on the sidelines to pounce at any unsuspecting client that they could lay their paws on. To think that a good Feng shui life and guidance should start from a Feng shui consultant may to say the least, be taken with caution. This is where Feng shui life could start and draw its greatest effect.
The Feng shui consultant that is about to lead you into the life of Feng shui should be above reproach and you could easily know this by the successes that have been accomplished before. Forget about grand titles and the smiles. A good Feng shui consultant leads a good Feng shui life and this should endow them with humility.
Because a Feng shui life basically starts with respect, it is the humility of accepting that there are forces in nature that one has to live in accordance with. It is a life that goes with the flow of things the way they are instead of dominating and controlling them. Living a Feng shui life is not a life of yes or no. Neither is it always black or white. Rather, Feng shui life is living, prepared to make compromises if that could enhance the ability to go with what is natural and with what is beautiful.
When word gets around about your command of Feng Shui facts, others who need to know about Feng Shui will start to actively seek you out.
The History of Coffee Makers
Coffee has been used as a drink for well over 2000 years. The first methods of brewing coffee were pretty crude but they have advanced greatly over the centuries. People used to just chew the cherry that came off the coffee tree to get a stimulant effect. Inside the cherry was the coffee bean. Over time with experimentation, people started to roast and then grind the beans for better flavor.
As early as the the late 1700s, coffee makers began showing up. This made it easy for people to brew coffee and not worry about getting grounds in their cup. This was expensive and not many people had them. The basic design is similar to coffee pots of today. There was a pot on the bottom with a place to put your ground coffee on the top. This was connected to a chamber on top where you poured in your boiling water.
Now that we’ve covered those aspects of Coffee Maker, let’s turn to some of the other factors that need to be considered.
People tried many different types of coffee maker throughout the years since then. There have been percolators, vacuum coffee makers, and drip coffee makers. Percolators use a pot over a heat source that forces the water into an upper chamber where the coffee grounds are. The water drips through the coffee and back into the lower pot. You know it is ready when it stops making percolating noises which are easy to hear. Then you remove it from heat before it boils. Vacuum coffee makers use what looks like two pots, one upside down on the other. As it is heated, the pressure forces hot water up into the top chamber where it infuses with the ground coffee. When you remove it from heat, the pressure is reversed and the coffee goes back to the lower pot ready to drink. Drip coffee makers are the kind we are all used to. Whether automatic or manual they work by dumping hot water over coffee grounds that sit in a filter. It strains through into a pot and is ready to drink.
With the advent of electricity, coffee makers became very popular and a little cheaper. In the early 1900s coffee makers really started to boom and by the 1970s almost everyone had a coffee maker in their home. These were usually of the automatic drip variety as they were the easiest to use. Todays coffee makers have many features. They have timers that allow you to specify when you want your coffee maker to turn on, have built in grinders, storage areas, and much more. You can buy home espresso and cappuccino machines also. Coffee makers today range from the single cup variety to commercial units that make gallons at a time so no matter what your need, you can usually find it.
As more and more people start to enjoy different kinds of coffee, coffee makers become easier to use and offer more features. Many combine espresso, cappuccino, and coffee all in one machine but it is rather bulky still. Look for these to shrink in the near future.
Sometimes it’s tough to sort out all the details related to this subject, but I’m positive you’ll have no trouble making sense of the information presented above.
Acupuncture and Electricity
The following article presents the very latest information on Accupuncture. If you have a particular interest in Accupuncture, then this informative article is required reading.
Acupuncture has been shown to have great success in treating pain, stress, and a number of diseases. Acupuncture has a number of different techniques, and one of them is to apply a very low-level electric charge to the needle. This particular technique is creating interest in a field that was started in America in the 1930s and 1940s, but lost support soon afterward. This field is how to use low levels of electricity as a tool for medical therapy.
The initial discovery of acupuncture points on the body was by centuries of observation of the tender spots on the skin when a patient had certain symptoms. These acupuncture points can now be discovered and duplicated by scientists. They can find these same acupuncture points (given in any standard diagram) by using electrical apparatus. Scientists can also use infrared photography to find the temperature differences between these acupuncture points and the surrounding skin. So the acupuncture points have a different electrical behavior than the surrounding cells when the patient suffers from the associated symptom.
Several claims for acupuncture seem to get some support from other research using electricity. One scientist, Becker, has had tissue regrown by animals when he applied a low-level electric current to the site of the tissue. Even heart tissue has been restored without any scarring. Low level electric pulses have also been used to make bone fractures heal significantly faster than fractures left to heal on their own.
See how much you can learn about Accupuncture when you take a little time to read a well-researched article? Don’t miss out on the rest of this great information.
How do these two previous experience relate to the fundamentals of acupuncture? The basis of acupuncture is the correct distribution and flow of energy throughout the body. When energy is depleted, regrowth and stimulation and vitality do not occur. An acupuncture treatment restores the energy needed to a specific area. This research (especially the bone research) supports the claim that acupuncture sessions are of significant benefit for those with broken arms or other broken bones in the feet, ankles, and wrists, or other locations. Acupuncture has been known as an effective treatment for patients with heart palpitations, and the EKG results scientifically support that claim. Patients that are attached to an EKG machine and undergo an acupuncture treatment show a difference in the structure of the heartbeat, which is controlled by electric impulses from the nerves.
When an acupuncture needle is inserted into the skin, there is an electrical activity at that point, since the cells at that point are disturbed, and cells by their structure have various electrical charges within them. This is also shown by such techniques as Kirlian photography, where the photograph after a needle is inserted has a very different energy shape than before the needle insertion.
This exploration of the interaction between electricity and acupuncture has come back to expand the techniques used in acupuncture. The most basic technique for an acupuncture treatment is to use needles inserted into the skin of the patient. The location of the insertion, its depth and technique, bring about the results from the treatment. An additional technique is the application of heat, or moxa, which we will not go into. A third addition may be the use of herbs, either at the point of insertion, or given to the patient separately. A technique directly related to the above research, and also harkening back to the experiments of the 1930s and 1940s, is to affect the acupuncture points by a low voltage electric current. This is used in place of the needle. All these results and new ideas make research in acupuncture an exciting field to be working in and reading about.

How You Can Fight Global Warming at Home
Current info about Global Warming is not always the easiest thing to locate. Fortunately, this report includes the latest Global Warming info available.
There are steps you can take to fight global warming in your home and car. You do not have to wait for the government or big businesses to do something about it. It is better to take the initiative and do your part.
In your home, you can begin by changing your light bulbs. You do not have to do it all at once. Every time you change a bulb, though, you can replace the old incandescent bulb with a compact fluorescent. Not only does this reduce greenhouse gases, it also saves you money in the long run.
It has always been wise to seal and insulate your home, just for comfort’s sake. Now, it is even more important. You can stop your home from emitting greenhouse gases and contributing to global warming by doing this. If you have any doubts about where your home needs insulation, you can hire an energy auditor to help you decide.
You can reduce global warming by simply taking care of the cooling and heating equipment in your home. You can change filters and have the equipment cleaned. Most importantly of all, when the heater or air-conditioner needs to be replaced, get an efficient model that is big enough for your dwelling.
In fact, it makes sense to buy all your appliances with energy efficiency in mind. Energy Star is a rating system that is reserved for efficient products. Buying such products will help decrease global warming.
It’s really a good idea to probe a little deeper into the subject of Global Warming. What you learn may give you the confidence you need to venture into new areas.
Recycling is one of the easiest ways to help reduce global warming. Everyone can do it with little effort. You can also further the process by using products that are made from recycled materials.
You can help reduce global warming in your lawn, too. For one thing, you can use a push mower instead of a power mower. Since a push mower uses no energy but your own, this is a great savings. Even if you do use a power mower, you can still help. Use a mower that catches the grass clippings so you can mulch them.
As far as transportation, you can do so much more than buying a green car. You can drive it sensibly, with no rapid starts for instance, to help prevent global warming. If you keep your car well-maintained, it will be beneficial, too. Things like changing your oil and keeping your car tuned up can make a big difference in global warming.
Surprisingly, poorly inflated tires can lead to global warming. This happens because tires must have the proper amount of air in them for the car to reach maximum fuel efficiency. The less efficient your car is, the more it adds to global warming.
The best way to slow global warming by the way you use your car, is to make as few trips as possible. Walk when you can. When you have to drive, combine as many errands into one trip as possible.
If you fight global warming in your home and your car, you can make a difference. Some basic changes can be easily made. If everyone makes these simple changes, it can have a powerful impact on global warming.

What the Other Side Is Saying About Global Warming
The following article covers a topic that has recently moved to center stage–at least it seems that way. If you’ve been thinking you need to know more about it, here’s your opportunity.
While the majority of celebrities and many scientists in the world view global warming as a disaster of epic proportions, not all agree. Some people, even scientists, have opposing viewpoints that are based on their own formal observations and the data from many sources. It is interesting to explore what these people have to say about global warming.
One of the most talked-about aspects of global warming is the rise in sea levels. If you are to believe most people who speak on global warming, you have to think that many habitable places on earth will soon be underwater. There is some evidence to refute this.
There is a professor of paleogeophysics and geodynamics at Stockholm University who presents interesting data. According to this professor, the sea levels are in the same range they have been in over the last three hundred years. There has not even been the slightest rise in sea levels in the last decade.
While a sea level rise of .1 to .9 meters is predicted by the year 2100, it is not seen by this group of people as a dangerous situation. After all, there was a .2 rise in the sea level during the past century and humans did not even seem to notice.
When the global warming pundits talk about the rises in sea level that result from three sheets of ice that melt per year, it is the opponents of the movement that put it into terms that make sense. If the ice continues to melt at that rate, it will take a thousand years to raise the sea level by 5 cm.
Hopefully the information presented so far has been applicable. You might also want to consider the following:
The people who preach on the dangers of global warming believe that Hurricane Katrina and others were intensified by global warming. Many experts on the other side of the fence claim that the extreme storms have not been unusual earth events. They also say that better reporting of severe weather occurrences contributes to the impression that global warming is having an impact.
While those dedicated to stopping global warming are worried about the recession of the snows of Mount Kilimanjaro, others believe there are reasons besides global warming. These people say that you have to understand how glaciers interact with the climate around them. Knowing that the air has been drier, they say, leads you to the fact that the glacial recession is a natural occurrence.
Many people who fear global warming say that it will increase diseases like malaria by allowing disease-bearing mosquitoes into higher elevations. Others realize that there are other reasons for the additional cases of malaria and other such diseases.
These include the facts that 1) people from lowland areas are resistant to disease but carry it with them when they move to higher elevations, 2) deforestation leaves a breeding ground for mosquitoes, and 3) more pools and ditches will lead to more mosquitoes.
For many reasons, global warming is not a subject that everyone agrees on. People from all over the world have different opinions and they often do not wish to see another’s viewpoint. When the true facts about global warming are clear, people can begin to come together to address the problem.
If you’ve picked some pointers about Global Warming that you can put into action, then by all means, do so. You won’t really be able to gain any benefits from your new knowledge if you don’t use it.
